I have a prayer plant I just bought recently from a local chain store and it appears to have a branch that might be good for propagating since, for the time being, I'd rather have a bushy prayer plant than a hanging plant. Here is a picture :

(The branch I'm referring to is visible in the picture; it's on the right side and has 5 leaves with a healthy shoot forming to make more.)

How do you recommend I propagate it? I tried propagating a leaf from the same plant (it broke off in the car) and it's not looking good, so I don't want to mess up propagating an entire branch. Here's a picture of the leaf (suggestions welcome):

Now for the teddy bear plant. ..

I LOVE plants with fuzzy leaves, so I was smitten when I saw (and felt) this teddy bear vine near the prayer plant. They only had one, so I bought it and want to take a shot at propagating it, but I have no idea how. Should a leaf cutting work? Do I need to sacrifice a whole branch? Will a small, 8-leaf cutting work? If so, there's a piece I want to cut off anyway that I think might work. It's at the bottom left of this picture:

Please let me know if you have successfully propagated either of these and what your recommendations are.
