I have squirrels as well. They are suppose to put the run on chipmunks. So far, they clean up the bird seed. Had trouble with them getting into my house but fixed that. We used to have feral cats but now they are all gone. I did see one in spring but not lately. Our 6 ft. black snake is nowhere to be found as well. It's been several years for him as well.
