Zone 6 and lower - many Lycoris are not hardy in your zone. If this is Lycoris radiata, it is considered hardy in Zone 6 by most sources and some rate it at Zone 5. Even then, though, while it may be "bulb hardy" which means the bulb makes it through winter, it may not be "flower hardy" which means the bulb makes it but it won't flower the following summer.
