That's what I'm exactly doing with this one Melissa. At one time, the leaves of my Vanda were shut and the leaves were wrinkled, which is a sign that it was on its way out. Now, with nubs of roots peeking out just above were the rot affected the stem. The leaves are now starting to open up. You can bet if this recovers, I will not ever let it go. I get a lot of satisfaction nursing back dying orchids, it's a great story to tell.

Normally, if I'm on "staycation" I can watch it closely and nurse it back faster.
