All,
We had 52 pods on Mayor of Munchkinland. Those were the first seeds I planted, to get them growing ASAP. Watered them and the rest of the bed they are in today. I don't know what the seedlings will look like, but we can dream. Some other little ones who set lots of pods: Butterpat, Bacon Baby, Little Raven, Dewy Sweet, Little Miss Independent, Lollipop Kid, Crystal Blue Persuasion, and some others I can't remember now. Rose F. Kennedy always produces many pods, as does Lady Duck, Emerald Starburst, Dragonfly Dawn. Got several from Whale Tails and Bass Gibson. Many toothy ones don't form many seeds, we sold off a bunch of them, as our interests have changed. Lots of seeds and proliferations on many in the Oz bed. We don't pollinate nearly as many as we used to do, trying to concentrate on small/minis and patterns (like everyone else!), but still dab a little on spiders. Next summer, hope to concentrate more on crossing our seedlings to get some traits to show up even more. Ain't it all fun?
