My cuttings are rooted to survive winter indoors, but I also have another coleus project. I have several bouquets stored in a room where the cats can't chew on them. Every week I change the water and pick off the dead leaves. My hope is that some of them will survive to make decorations for my Christmas party. It worked last year. In my zone a lot of things stay green in winter, so I added to the coleus plus some variegated vinca vine, ivy and whatever I could scrounge. Added a few limes and green pears for a natural effect. This year I'll take pix of the decor.
