I agree heath aster
It has taken over half an acre if my front pasture and is taller than the big goat , 4 foot maybe more.
I had intended to cut it down when It had just started to bloom and noticed all the insects (hundreds) so I let it be .

It can be kept short for the garden , I have seen it flowering in lawn that have been mowed.
..a balanced life is worth pursuit.
