I bought this rose from Home Depot last year. I'm 100% sure of that as hardly any of my Lowes roses survived and it's too big to be a RU rose. Last year, HD carried a lot of mismarked roses that came from the grower Armstrong... for instance, one would be tagged Chrysler Imperial but be blooming blue (that's how I got a lot of my Sterling Silvers). I'm betting dollars to donuts that my mystery rose is actually Della Reese. From HMF, looks identical. It starts out hot magenta and fades to almost a deep magenta, almost like Intrigue.

Here's HMF: http://www.helpmefind.com/rose...

And here's my rose. I don't have any new buds on it yet as I just transplanted it a few weeks ago & trimmed it down.

Upright, leaves are the same color, strong fragrance... I think I'll call this one Della Reese. It's not like I'm breeding / selling my roses..
Roses are one of my passions! Just opened, my Etsy shop (to fund my rose hobby)! http://www.etsy.com/shop/Tweet...
