I agree. "Approximate" is the only reasonable approach.

"Reasonable" is not any one of my middle names, but you convinced me NOT to re-weigh or re-measure pkts I've already divided.

If I can find my notes, they might get measurements like "heaping 1/6th tsp, approx 75 seeds".

Otherwise, "pinch".

P.S. Dave, this might be intentional to allow people to type in any name they wish, but6 I noticed that I could enter the same plant twice. I THINK I added both from My Plant List with the "recycle" button.

Pak Choy (Brassica rapa 'Ching Chiang')

I LOVE the recycle image for seed trading! Great choice.

P.S. For uncountable seeds, I sometimes base my count on whatever the pkt said, divided by the number of pkts I split it into. Inaccurate, I know, but that's when I started "evening-up" the weights of some seed types.

A few times, I looked up "seeds per gram", weighed the packets as exactly as I could, and then multiplied.

I say again: I'm a total lunatic when it comes to seeds! Don't consider any of my suggestions to be anything a REASONABLE trader would do!
