Typically with Adeniums, if it is still young, it is more thirsty so maybe it wants some good moist well draining media now after its shipping journey. Do you know how old the root stock used for that grafted one? Can you post a photo of the actual state it is in, zoom the portion of the roots and the softening part if you can, so we can all see.
