FYI, Monarch Watch announced the first recovered tag in Mexico! It's on their Facebook page and the lady who tagged it commented! The Monarch was tagged in Cottam, Ontario, Canada on Sept. 17 and was spotted (alive, there's a picture) on October 31 in Juamave, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
