I absolutely must get mine up out of the crawl space or they will all rot. I have been so busy, and honestly the thought of crawling down the short steep ladder to the crawl space and retrieving them, much less the work of cutting them up and restoring them just makes me want to go take a nap or read a book. Today for sure i will start.
Thanks for the response. I think the shake and bake method hold moisture in the tubers more than protects them so they rot more easily. At least that seemed to be the results a few winters ago.
