Dogs I tell everyone that have a water problem.....Get a squirt bottle or a couple of them from the dollar store. Put a drop of Hydrogen Peroxide and a drop of fert. I have some African violet fert that came with a dropper in the bottle. When I think things look a little droppy or I just want to walk around with some water I grab a bottle and start squirting. I grow a lot of succulents that really do not like water in the winter and I keep the rooms cool.

I have about 8 plants that absolutely cannot get dry those I keep a bottled water next to them and if I walk by and they look a little dry I give them a drink.

I have found that tap water seems to be a problem for many plants. I remember my mother never gave her plants fresh tap water. She always had a bottle of water sitting next to plant that had been sitting for a few days/weeks to leach out the chemicals they add to the toilet water I mean tap water. Rolling on the floor laughing

She boiled all the water she used for the family cooking and drinking. You would think we lived in a third world country. But she never trusted the water coming through the tap she was brought up on a farm and well water was the only safe water in her mind.
