I actually just went out there with some ziplock baggies and bagged my two rose buds and the buds forming on Lakes Swan Dance.

Penny's worth is in a darker, father away corner of my yard, so it can fend for itself tonight Hilarious!

I did pile some leaves around Penny's Worth earlier today to give it some protection, so as long as the wind doesn't pick up too much, it should help. And even if the wind does pick up, it might just bring more leaves to collect around it because Penny's worth is up against an eastern corner of a raised bed, so the wind from the southwest collects the leaves in that spot anyway. Big Grin Fingers crossed.
