Kadie, I would keep them from the rain if you can as long as you can give them sunlight still. The yellow blooms will get dark marks from water if fully open.
I pulled my dark ones and Aurum Crown into a early day sun or filtered light situation, as friends had said they are darker and more intense this way. Put them into a bit more sun once I saw if it made a difference.
That Night Shadow was a very nice one, if I remember correctly.
Cannot wait to see them open.
