Trying to predict pitfalls before they occur is the best strategy for maintaining a healthy program. I only got the ball rolling with some of my thoughts about banning, rules, etc... It's up to members, organizers, etc. to flesh it all out. I can certainly offer my opinions, but I'm just trying to bring to light things that should be considered so that others can help prevent any situations where ill will could occur. That sound like exactly what you're doing, too. You're simply taking the ideas a step further and expounding on them, which is great!
