The foliage looks much like Tulipa saxatilis (Bakeri Group) Lilac Wonder.

I'm not sure what the bulbs look like in growth, yours do resemble lilium in that the have scales but I'm struggling as to which lilium it could be.

I have them growing in a raised bed under the canopy of a large Horse Chestnut tree, the tree roots have ventured up into the bed and the wood sides of the bed are collapsing but the tulips continue to spread. They seem to spread underground by runners, making new bulbs which like to be deep in the ground, I have seen runners like green stems looping above the ground.

The foliage grows in January here with flowers in May, what time of year did you take the photos?
