I have been away for the past 3 months... and missed all your good messages, but thanks. Now my first Camellia (Sasanqua 'Mondel') has passed the hot summer and come to the blooming season. Sadly, only about 9 scarce buds are found in the plant full of leaves... I went back to the nursery I bought it and found their same camellias were all full with big buds, some even already bloomed! Asking the people about the problem, it (they claimed) turned out regular fert (4 times a yr) is needed for the best bloom... I wondered, but plan to do it next year. Any input? Thanks

If a plant looks good, smells good, don't eat it, grow it!
