I like the way you think! After neglecting a couple of hybrid teas to death, I thought roses were too fussy. I recently planted a trio of David Austin shrub roses, though, and they are starting to take off! I chose them in part for their fragrance as well as for their toughness.

I like to shop for roses with my nose, but most of the roses sold in bloom are hybrid teas... :-(

Do you know if any of the Earthkind roses are fragrant?

Do you have favorites for fragrance among your Old Garden roses?
