I found a magic marker letter at the base of this NOID, and according to my records, this is a seedling, germinated in March, 2013. The seed-pod parent is listed as Bill Moragne. The flowers do look a little bit like the pictures of Bill Moragne that are posted on the web. Now I need to come up with a name.
