Today was much nicer, up to a low of 15! Smiling

I heard on Garden Talk, a public radio talk show, that one should mulch garlic after the ground freezes, not before to keep it frozen at a steady temp over winter so it doesn't rot. Is that what I should do. I have mulched it already, and now it's covered with a foot of snow, but it's supposed to be in the 50's on Thursday with rain, so it should all melt. I could take the mulch off and let it freeze if that's what you think is best???
Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reason.
