I love the expandable hose. I must have very strong water pressure because I hook two 50' together and it works great because I have a large area. My water pressure is so strong it was bent and the water pressure blew a hole in the in the hose. I saw the bubble and by the time I got to it I was too late.
I have the black one for the front and the cheap green one for the back. They both seem to be holding up good for the last two years.
