antsinmypants's Plant List: Trees & Shrubs

A note from antsinmypants
Feel free to ask about anything in my list you may be interested in. I'm always looking to trade. Just because something isn't in my want list doesn't necessarily mean I don't want it & just because something I have isn't marked for trade doesn't mean it isn't available for trade. I stay busy so don't always get around to updating.

EARLY SPRING SEED EXTRAVAGANZA #1 - 2024 - DraDiana - 2023 mixed cross-pollinated seed

Incredibly dark, wine purple foliage contrasts beautiful with the large 8-9" white flowers. Each flower has a cherry red eye and dark pink veining. Heart-shaped leaves cover the round habit.

These North American native plants bring massive, tropical-looking flowers all the way to zone 4. Although later to emerge than most perennials in spring, these are fast growing plants capable of adding an inch of new growth a day.

DND's All Seeds Swap #9 (2022) - poisondartfrog - Red Flowered - I've been chasing red flowered H. cannabinus for years. Will share these, just purchased from a source I've never used before. Maybe these are the real deal?

DND's All Seeds Swap #9 (2022) - poisondartfrog - pale yellow/cream - Collected 2022. This is not the big white flowered one I've offered for the last few years. I bought seeds for a "yellow" flowered one to try and this is it. This one is not as yellow as I expected. It is yellow in bud, creamy once open. The photo was taken just before dawn and is a bit more yellow than in daylight. The habit is different as well; more branching. The flowers are slightly smaller. I don't doubt it is H. cannabina, though. Still tall and imposing.
