Ordered from Brecks spring of 2017, kept in pot, over wintered in garage. Did so well in the pot Spring of 2018 I decided to plant it under the Mountain Ash tree.

- Performs well from pure red to faded orange.

1st year was 2016; did flower but not really well. 4 bunches. Color was not true to advertising; more orange than red. update, they slowly died over the next two years. Don't expect to see them this summer (2019).

Did not survive the first winter. I think it was kept in the pot too long before it was given to me, which was late summer. I know this plant survives in the area, so it's not just how cold it gets here ( Zone 3).
