Is anyone else getting this thing taking up space on every forum page? I'm not getting it anywhere else but NGA.

I had it this morning in my online newspaper ( PDF).

I saw that this morning on my iPod. It's still there.

I've seen it a couple of times in Firefox in the last day or so. Haven't looked at it closely yet to work out what is causing it (even then I can only make comments to Dave or Jon, as I cannot make those types of changes).

That is the reCaptcha symbol, but it shouldn't be there as we don't use it on the site. My theory is that it is stuck there from another site. I would try restarting Chrome, and then maybe even restarting your phone and it will probably go away.

What happens when you click on it?

Jon, I'm getting it with Firefox on iPad and Safari on iPod. When I clicked on it this morning on the iPod it went to a page about Google privacy settings. When I click on it now on the iPad it doesn't do anything, just sits there. I haven't seen it on any other site but NGA.

OK, when I click on it in Safari instead of Firefox on iPad it goes here.



There might have been a re-direct but it went too quick for me to read the line and now it won't do it again.

I'm on an Android with Chrome, and it doesn't do anything when I click on it. It doesn't show up on any other site for me as well.

I finally managed to catch the line that comes up between clicking the pop-up and the appearance of the Google privacy page:

Do not get it with either Safari or Firefox

It does not show up on Safari on my desktop, but it does show up on Safari on my iPod.
