Time to get a new thread up for posting the daylilies we all added to our "want lists" this year and hope to add to our gardens in 2020. I'm going to unsticky the 2019 thread. You'll still be able to access the thread by using this link or with the "search this forum" box at the top right of the Daylily Forum page....
The thread "Want to find Daylilies for Spring 2019" in Daylilies forum

I was on a search today for a nice full form, Tet, blue black or blue purple with or without a watermark. Didn't have much luck, all the ones I found seemed to have red undertones rather than blue. If anyone has suggestions.... I'm all ears!

@Char , what does a full form mean? Do you mean like a round form daylily?

Yes, round not necessarily recurved, but wide petals. blunt sepals would be nice too! I bloomed some sdlgs this year and other than sib crossing I'd like to find something else to mix in with them.

It doesn't help that it's so difficult to photograph that color, Char. I don't think I have a true blue-based black or purple, but even the ones that look that way to my eye photograph with a red cast in the sun.

I am looking for someone selling the daylily Linda Gluck. Can't understand why I can't find it, because it's from 2004...not exactly a newbie!!

Have you tried the hybridizer, Cindy Dye....or the person it was named for? Go to Charlotte's to get the email addresses....use "Bill Gluck", Linda's husband. It was distributed quite a lot in local gardens but not so much on the national level.

Petal Pusher Daylilies has Linda Gluck for $25 per double fan:

She's also in your zone, so it should do well there.

Davi, thank you for the info. What did you mean when you said 'go to Charlotte for email addresses?
Terry, thank you for the suggestion. Honestly, I'm hoping to find it cheaper somewhere else. Twenty five dollars, plus shipping and handling, is not cheap to me, for only one plant. Especially since it's not a newly hybridized plant.

That's the cheapest that I've seen it listed (others have it for $30), but check in the spring because it might come down. You might want to also put it on a Want List on the Lily Auction; it doesn't seem to get listed very often, but if it does they'll notify you.
