I was just scrolling through my 2020 photos of which there are almost three thousand, and realized I've taken almost no plant photos this year! They are almost entirely of animals... mostly insects and birds in the garden. I guess I've only been taking plant photos if it's something I'm trying to identify, or if it's a new plant and I want to add some images of it to the plant database here. I do have a few though.
Monarch on New-England Aster
Kankakee Mallow
This is the "Aster NOID likely drummond's" I have listed in the swap. The flowers are so delicate and pretty in the fall.
This is a very pretty tiny geranium that I'm still not sure on the ID. I have just a few seeds I could list, but I was going to go out and see if it had any more I missed. I had this labeled as "wild petunia" and I likely got the seed in one of these swaps in 2016-2017. I put
photos of it on the plant id forum and everyone thinks it is a wild geranium, but I'm still not sure which one. Hopefully it comes back next year. Unfortunately I think I planted it on an ant hill!
