There are two threads set up for the Mid-Atlantic Gardeners 2021 Spring Plant Swap.

The first thread (this one)is to let us know who is attending and what food or beverage item they are bringing for the pot luck lunch.

If you've never been to an in-person swap, don't be shy! After all, where else can you go and hang out with a bunch of people talking about plants with enthusiasm? Of course, we can't forget about the food!

Please note that I am recycling the data from the original Spring 2020 swap that was cancelled. Any information you may have put in for offerings is still there. Please review.

I can send chairs, tables, down with Aspenhill if needed, just LMK.

Heads up that Bill has a great offer through the end of the month on mixed caladiums (see classifieds forum). Figure roughly $5 per pound, maybe a little more with shipping. Might be able to do a quick group order for a big box!

Mine arrived last week. I'm just waiting on wamer weather before I start them indoors. It needs to be real soon though. I'm rapidly filling up viable planting spaces for annuals. Oh well, there's always pots!

I've dunked them in water and put them on a tray of wet towels (inside for better warmth) to wake them up. Once the eyes become obvious, they come up pretty well when planted, but sometimes mine have arrived fully dormant.

I've got 10 jumbo bulbs and 25 grade 1 bulbs in my cart at present.. shipping estimate is $19, and I bet that's a 9 or 10 pound box. So do ask Bill for a shipping estimate before ordering to avoid sticker shock! Shipping costs have just increased (yet again). I know Bill doesn't make $ on shipping, but he tries not to lose $ on it either.
