The music in my head is harder to turn off than the music from some tab on my computer. I have my computer speakers turned down low or off most of the time.

Rick, do you have name tags or should I see if I can dig up my set? With a couple of new folks, name tags would be useful, I think. (Of course, most people are better at remembering names that I am, LOL)

I seem to recall buying tags last year. Now, if only I can remember where I put them...

Rick,

Still trying to decide what to bring for the pot luck. The swap begins at noon? What time will the pot luck begin?

@RalphGamba

Noon is a guesstimate start time. It gives people something to shoot for. Y'all are welcome earlier, but not before 10. WARNING: Anyone that shows up early will be put to work. Whistling

As far as what to bring, my motto is 'wing it' !

Oops! *Blush*

The other day, I had mentioned 'non-alcoholic' beverages. I have know idea what I was thinking about. If you would like to bring beer or wine, I'm good with that.

Yard layout: TENTATIVE

The front yard will have markers set up in alphabetic order based on user name.

The area in front of the holly on the right side of the driveway will be for the 'free to good home' extra plants.

The carport will be used to set up the potluck lunch and door prize areas.

Upon arrival, feel free to pull into the driveway to unload. Once you have unloaded, please move your vehicle to the street.

I am going to bring a fresh pineapple too, no time for peeling it. So I am bringing a knife and cutting board. Whoever is interested can watch me peel the pineapple Indonesian or maybe Asian way without any other tools than a knife, and cutting the eyes out----then put lots of salt, let it sit a while then wash all the salt off---so no one is going to have a scratchy throat-then cut into pieces. Pineapple can be eaten with the Black sticky rice pudding too on top of the coconut cream--

“Little girl, why are you doing this? You can’t save all these starfish. You can’t begin to make a difference!” After a few moments thought, she bent down, picked up another starfish & hurled it as far as she could into the ocean. Then she looked up at the man and replied, “Well, I made a difference to that one!” Be the change you wish to see in the world. http://www.stillsthatspeak.com...
