I have great sympathy as I also have difficulty with inflammation. For myself, taking most sugar out of my diet and eating a low carb diet has been a life saver. I ate keto for a couple of years and I basically got rid of the inflammation. I fell off last summer and was right back on the inflammation train. Cortisone shots didn't last and prednisone tapers didn't last much past the end of the taper. So I started back on the diet about a week ago and I'm already doing better. I don't know if it would help you, but it might be something you could check into. Smiling

Hi 4susiesjoy beat me to it. I was going to suggest cutting sugar out of your diet to help with inflammation. I don't have a huge problem with it, but I get flare up of tendinitis in ankles, wrists, etc. and it's almost always after I've overindulged in sweets. A week with no sugar and I'm good to go. Hope this helps.
