I also have a weakness for Slc's. Never been much good at growing sophronitis by itself though.

This one is nice and compact and blooms reliably a couple times a year.

Ursula,
when you get a chance , would you post a picture of the whole plant?
It's very helpful for those of us that don't get to see many kinds of plants
in person!

And here is the matching picture to the one taken in July 2009. The plant had been recently moved to it's new "shoe"/ I had to take it out of any medium and just added a bit of shredded Coconut fiber to anchor it . You can see in the second picture how it fills out the dish just a half year later.
The lens cap is a size comparison.

Yes, the color variations are amazing! Thanks Ursula, for the extra photos.. I like the scale of this plant, some of them seem so unbalanced with a couple of huge leaves and one giant (but spectacular) flower.

This one is very similar in growth habit/size to the Slc Dream Catcher and also easy to bloom. I am growing it mounted, but I don't see why it can't be grown potted.

Yes, C. Dream Catcher and Slc. Dream Catcher are the same. There is a lot of renaming going on......
The x with Tiny Titan should be a cute one.
