This little iris was hybridized by Paul Black of Mid-America Gardens. It was registered in 2005. Judging from the number of photos in the data base it is very popular among iris gardeners and rightly so. Prolific growth & bloom!

Thank you Karen and Casey. This is the picture I used to make the banner. Should anyone want a dwarf iris that is vigorous and blessed with fast growth & lots of blooms, this is a good candidate. It is such a phenomenal little iris I can only say good things about it! The colors are appealing too. (depending on personal taste) In sunlight it almost sparkles with its intense colors.

Just lovely. I've yet to learn the trick of how one turns the nice photo into a wonderful banner with so many well focused bloomed. You've captured the beauty so well. It's no wonder why those irises are so popular.
