How much light dens should get. I have placed my plants on north- west facing window and they get indirect bright sun light. Is that enough to get blooms?
Orchid (Dendrobium) requires bright light but no direct sun. Here are two culture sheets from the American Orchid Society with good growing and care information that may be of help:
Name: Big Bill Livonia Michigan (Zone 6a) If you need to relax, grow plants!!
There is no such thing as bright indirect sunlight! Either they get sunlight or they don't. Facing NW that won't be enough light to flower most Dendrobiums.
In the Orchid World, the Dendrobium Group is one of the largest in the family. Without knowing what kind of Dendrobium you have, I can't give you specific directions as to the light requirement. There are over 26 major types of Dendrobium.
Are they Dendrobium phalaenopsis?
Are they Latouria Dendrobiums?
Are they Dendrobium dendrobiums?
Are they nobile Dendrobiums?
Read the writing on the tag. That might offer clues.

My types are Den Phals I belive. I bought these hybreeds online here in India. I have only option of NW window or west facing window. At the moment light conditions are very poor due to monsoon.

Yes, it is a Dendrobium phalaenopsis type. In order just to grow your orchid, the light you are giving it is fine. But in order for it to flower properly, it will need some direct sunlight.
2-3 hours of direct sun per day should make it bloom. Growing forever in less light will give you nice green leaves but it will bloom just once in a while instead of every year.

These are just a couple miniature Dendrobiums that I grow under lights. They are under fixtures with 2 high intensity T-5 tubes.
Growing a two foot high Dendrobium under lights would be more difficult. And you can't use these inexpensive light tubes because the intensity is just not there. You'll get green leaves but not many flowers. I burn the lights between 10-12 hours every day.

Hi
One stem , last year's new growth suddenly started loosing leaves since last week. What could be the reason?

They do not hold on to their leaves for ever. Only the newest growth holds them all.
Slowly one and two year old growths drop their leaves. This leaf loss can be excelerated due to excessive heat or lack of water. But Dendrobium Phalaenopsis do not need all their leaves in order to flower, they need some sun light.
