Yes, it is a Dendrobium phalaenopsis type. In order just to grow your orchid, the light you are giving it is fine. But in order for it to flower properly, it will need some direct sunlight.
2-3 hours of direct sun per day should make it bloom. Growing forever in less light will give you nice green leaves but it will bloom just once in a while instead of every year.
