I can't rely on my mind to remember that I used a particular tool. One year, I looked everywhere for a little paring knife I use in the yard. Found it the next spring while weeding. I had stuck it in the ground and forgotten about it.

This spring I found a shovel still leaning against a tree in our woods where I'd left it two years ago.
I started painting my tools with that florescent orange spray paint, but it wears off too fast. Now I use bright yellow electrical tape. Is there a special paint that works best?
