Thank you Audrie, I really look forward to seeing Gingerbread Boy grow to maturity, along with the other semps from this order.

Fall is a great time to start new ones. Just have to give them some protection from critters, until the new roots get going.

How are your semps doing after this difficult summer?

Thanks, Audrie and to others who have offered congrats. I tip my hat to you.

Audrie, It is good to see you back online. Have missed you.

This weather has been very hard on all my plants. Poor impatiens really suffering along with a number of the Semps.

As Lynn asked, how are your plants doing? Hope you got all the repairs done from the rain and hail this spring.

Yay!! Awesome news that fall is great for semps!! That is when I'll be making the transition of my babies to their temporary homes till next Spring when I get the beds ready. Lynn you got some pretty semps!!! I too look forward to seeing them mature!!! My semp babies are doing ok. Most have survived. I lost several due to the hail storm, overexposure to sun (before I knew better), blooming with no chicks and some just struggled to recoup. I feel terrible for my losses. I did my best to care for them and still feel like there was something I could've done differently.... Crying Once I moved them into the shade where they get no sun they have been doing good. Thanks to Picklepuff and Tabby for their advice!!! Had no idea our CO sun was so brutal!! Angry

You're most welcome Marilyn!! We still need to get together!!! Thank you!! I've miss you as well!!! My plants are doing ok. I've lost several and feel terrible about it. Hoping and praying the ones I have continue to do good so I can't plant them. *Blush* Sorry to hear about your plants and semps..... Crying Hang in there!! We are great semp mamas and they will be ok. Smiling My hanging planters are pretty much dead... They were blooming beautiful till the heat joined us and them BAM!!! Done! I tried nursing them back but no success. Home repairs are still being done. The roof and gutters have been completed and now it's just the small stuff. That's a bonus!!

Audrie, things will calm down eventually. Hang in there.
You both are good semp mamas. The first year is the toughest. It is an experimenting time. From then on things will be much easier. Thumbs up
