This plant's grown a LOT!

Looks great. I love this time of year when things start cooking.

And people hide behind their Colocasias! I'd fall in the pool if I tried that.
This guy's still making huge leaves, but has yellow flowers, too.

Amazing growth in 3 weeks. Sure is a nice one. Is that a spadix w/out a spathe? Watering twice a day in the shade, whew!

The EE from my last pic gets 5 gallons of water per day. And there's a mini compost pile at the bottom of it.

Sandi, I did not know Micky Mouse got that large. I am going to order that one now. I did not order it because I thought it was one of the smaller leaf EE.

It's right by a sprinkler,in a pot.

I grow all my EEs in pots without drainage they seem to love the moist conditions. It really helped this year because it was so hot and no rain for almost 2 months.

Musa Banana and Pups

Everything's looking great Holly. Did you grow the Musa indoors last winter? Is that a yellow flowered Canna in the Musa pic? Nice.

The Musa is new this spring, I received it at a Plant Swap we held this spring. The prev owner had it for a few years but it is getting just too big for her to overwinter. Yes that is a Yellow Canna. Can't believe that I still have a ton of red or yellow cannas in storage that I haven't gotten out and planted.
