I used to worry about putting certain colors together, but I've learned that nothing in nature seems to clash. Now I only worry about putting two similar roses next to each other. That's why I get so annoyed when I buy a mislabeled rose. I don't want a pink rose to start blooming where I thought I was planting a burgundy rose to provide contrast for another pink one.

I'm mixing in some Knockout Roses with my other roses. I bought a Pink Double Knockout and it is so beautiful. I have Sunny Knockout and Rainbow Knockout as well. I need the red double too. I just think they bloom so much that they can take up the slack when the others aren't blooming.

Roses are blooming again now this year. Very early usually around June 10th.
