I am very nice interested to find out. I saw it listed on Chris's site where it's available on the order form, but I can't find it listed anywhere on the website. I have ordered one of it from in the country. Worse case scenario, we will know when mine comes in the mail in the spring.

Please let us know what you think of the plant/plants from In The Country Garden & Gifts.
I just heard back from Josh @ The Country Garden & Gifts. That was sure quick. : )
He has no other information on this new plant.

I just looked at our Green Pages and see that they send out very nice plants.

I was happy with the semps I got from them last year. I've never ordered sedums from them. I've preordered the cosmic comet and boggie woogie sedums. I had originally ordered a citrus sunrise from them last year. He was very friendly and kept me up to date since their order was severely delayed. In addition to substitutions I picked out, he also sent an extra gift. I'll let you know how my sedums come in the spring.

I would recommend 'Wildfire' and 'Dream Dazzler' for his sedum. I also really like 'Blue Elf'. For semps, you can't go wrong with 'Gold Nugget'. Thus far his 'citrus sunrise' seems to be performing well also.

I have both of those sedum and love them. I got my 'Citrus Sunrise' from goldfinch4 store, and it has been doing very well. I haven't seen it for the last 1 1/2 months. Will check it out when I get home next month.

@sedumzz. I bought most of my sunsparkler sedums from young's garden center. http://youngsgardenshop.com/
Mountain crest garden also carries them.

His chick charms are available at a lot of places. 'Gold Nugget' & 'Citrus Sunrise' are original cultivars while the other ones are exist under other names. These can be found in the semp database.

Have a quick question:

I was looking at a bunch of Rupestrum like Touched In White that have white tips or growing points, and was wondering how growers managed to do that? Is that just how this type of sedum is variegated, or is it some other mutation? Blinking

Alex, I'm not sure, but 'Touched in White', looks like a renaming of Petrosedum rupestre subsp. rupestre 'Sandy's Silver Crest'.
I got my original 'Sandy's Silver Crest' from Kevin. Each year it tends to send out new growth with either, white or pink tips. It is really fun when you get stems that crest.

@JungleShadows Kevin can you tell us more about this plant?

Look below the photos for this entry and Kevin gave us interesting info for this Petrosedum
Stonecrop (Petrosedum rupestre subsp. rupestre 'Sandy's Silver Crest')

Alex, love your winter version of sieboldii.

thanks! I will look into touched in white and sandy's silver crest (I forgot the name when I typed that comment. Thought it was something else with "sandy" in it)

I honestly don't there's much of a difference between the two but I do believe that touched in white (from young's garden shop) seems to have shorter cream colored sections. I don't have either of the two so I can't say for sure. Thinking

It would be interesting to grow them both under the same conditions and see if you can see a difference.

Well I am looking at the Petrosedum rupestre 'Silver' which is also listed as Sedum rupestre 'Silver'
and when I looked I also found two Cremnosedums (Cremnosedum 'Crocodile' and Cremnosedum
'Little Gem') Of course, these appear to be zone 10 plants. I guess I need to do a lot more
research on the various "variations" of Sedums.

Cremnosedum 'Little Gem' survived on my covered deck in Willamette Valley zone 8.

Willinator I think it would do well in your zone 9.

My old house's new owner was going to renovate my garden beds, and the owner let me take some cuttings from some of my plants. :smily:

I have a bunch more of these cuttings but here's the two that I have potted up.

Here is a variegated phedimus spurius 'Dragon's blood'. I'm not sure if the variegated version is written differently? If so, how? Also, how do you suggest to add a species or cultivar to a plant genus or species? Blinking
anyways:

I can't remember the scientific name right now, but this is ukranian stonecrop. I like it a lot.
