Your title brings to mind the song "Baubles, Bangles and Beads" and is pretty enough to imagine it as inspiring a piece of nature's jewelry. The coloring is unique. A very attractive banner!

I am always fascinated by things that are new to me. This is one of them. Having gone to the DB I don't see this one listed. It makes a very attractive banner, and the name is also very interesting. Thanks for sharing it with us Valarie. Would love to see more pictures.

TBGDN Over here we know it as a London Plane or Platanus x acerifolia looks like the name has changed... it is in the DB as
London Planetree (Platanus x hybrida)

It is often said that the hybridization took place in Spain, but it could also have happened in Vauxhall Gardens in London where John Tradescant the Younger discovered the tree in the mid-17th century
