Weigela

Weigelas are a favorite shrub in spring. They attract honey bees, butterflies and hummingbirds.

If I could have only two or three shrubs in my landscape Weigela would be one of them. They welcome spring with lilacs, apple blossoms and virburnums. They attract bees, butterflies and yes, hummingbirds too! They also add winter interest as well as habitat for other birds.
