This plant is not Aloe marlothii, which has secund flowers (pointing one way on the raceme, usually up) and more highly branched inflorescences. It looks like a hybrid of marlothii, most likely. Take a look at the other flower pictures on the marlothii page for some examples of secund flowers.

I would like to propose moving this image to the genus entry for Aloe, unless you have some other information that might point us toward a specific ID.
