Oh, you're going to love it! Remember when you and I used mine to focus on those cows outside the restaurant where we had lunch with Zuzu when I visited? I'm assuming you got the f/4.5-5.6 version, as opposed to the 2.8 version? I'd love to have the 2.8 version, but the closest I'll ever come is renting one for the day, and even that's not cheap.

The memory of those cows is wonderful, but the memory of the Washoe House hamburger is even better. I think I'll call around and see who wants to go there tonight.

I liked the way that Washoe House was situated out in the country, next to a pasture.

I love photographing rural scenes on back roads. I photographed this on the way to the Outer Banks: a sign for Bob's Income Tax business, under an oak tree in front of a farmer's field.
