>> How do we accumulate so many seeds? To justify the shipping charge. Too much for a pack of seeds, but not too much for a few dozen packs.
YES! That's my excuse. "If I'm going to pay $6 for S&H, what ELSE can I buy at the same time?"
I think this is the Lucille Ricardo School of Economics: we can't AFFORD to buy fewer seeds.
Select Seeds has a sale on seeds including the California Giants petunias so-there went my resolve!
I have been trying to get those seeds for a long time. Also had California poppy seeds, calendula and foxglove so
guess what?

>> I'm up to three boxes now. Of course, that's just the stuff that's organized!
Great minds are deranged alike.
I have two big boxes plus sop many scattered sub-categories that thigns get lost.
I used to set aside special tubs for "I really REALLY want to try these ones out SOON ... and then could never find them again. Sigh, "Rubi Pak Choy" wne4t that way. I used to stumble over it every few weeks and think "I'll try it this Sprin g ... or Fall ... for sure". Guess what I* couldn 't find for my (late) fall sowing?
The theory is that once I get everything organized and stuffed in alphabetical order, I'm going to make a list on a spreadsheet and mark off which things I want to try when and where. Have I mentioned that I suffer from delusions of organization?
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.
Yeah, I'm still trying to find those hulahoop blue petunia seeds.........oh, look, I just found some Chinese aster seeds here on my desk! Gee, wonder how long they've been there? Sigh, found a packet of lupines earlier today.
