Thanks Toni. I went down to the banks to watch the bald eagles come in to roost in the tree tops for the evening, but the skyscape ended up being just as much fun to watch.

OK, had a gorgeous sunset last night. Took this with my iPhone last night at the dogpark. The order is from east to west, the more "white" it gets, the more west until the actual area where the sun went behind the mountains. Make sure you expand each picture.. they're purdy! In the pictures with the humans, DH is the middle guy, the one on the right is his best friend, & the guy on the left is just a man taking his dog for a walk.

They are all considered 'blue hour' as they are after the sunset. Any shot taken after the sunset when there is still light in the atmosphere and before it's turns all dark is the blue hour. Some times you get more more color than other nights.
