You should submit your mole trap photos and explanation as a tip for the entire ATP! It would make a good one! Thumbs up

I agree

And what bait do you use in the trap?

I use a dab of peanut butter which is heavy and can weigh down the trip. After you put a dab in the center hole just take your plastic knife and lift up the red trip to set. For the winter, I have the traps, pots, bamboo steaks, peanut butter and disposable gloves to keep my scent off traps, and sand or grit all in a wheelbarrow.

Hector - Don't give me any ideas. I wish I had the nerve to mow mine down.

I have wondered if there is developmental delays if foliage is cut back multiple times, maybe because of spring sickness, leaf streak, rust, hail damage and whatever.

They make the same trap for mice. 100 times better than any other trap I have used. They are made by Ortho. I get the mouse traps at Lowes. About 2/$5. Been using the same traps for a couple years.

They are very easy to set. Much easier if you have weak hands like I do.

Thank you so much for more info. I was out shopping yesterday and looking for them.
Will go back to Lowes and look.
