It was sent by mistake when ordering Belle of Woking several years ago. It looks like Nelly Moser but a lot of Clematis look like Nelly Moser to me....

Anyone feel any certainty about this one? It's definitely pruning type 2.

(It is the only picture I have of it; the rest of my clematis are type 3 and these crazy type 2's have alluded me up to now....I finally Get It and am ready to set my friend here up for next year, but would like to know what it is.)

It does resemble Clematis 'Nelly Moser' as yours also show the red anthers.
