What kind of fern is this, please? (#2) in the Plant ID forum

Found these growing out of a brick wall today in an alley downtown. (There were a ton, so I didn't clear them out or anything.) I would love to get an ID, that way I can figure what to do with them going forward.

Just curious, if you found them in an alley downtown, why would you need to do anything with them. Were you contracted to remove them?

The shop owner said it would be ok if I took a few. Because like I said, they were all over the place.

My guess is Boston Fern (Nephrolepis exaltata)

7b might be too cold for a Boston Fern.
