I've considered getting one of these. Box stores sell big big ones for about $25

I found mine at Lowe's a couple years back, they were marked down from 27. to 21.98, how could I not buy it? 2 gallon pot, they had the same size for 80 bucks at the nursery up the road.

I've left this plant out all winter, even down to 37. Still blooming.

Anchomanes abbreviatum, juvenile plant. A more rare species than Anchomanes difformis. Can't wait to see it grow up.

Whistling I had a leafless vanilla orchid once but there was nothing rare about the plant. Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious!

Vanilla dilloniana is endangered. The only place its known in the US is Miami Dade county. Its from the West Indies. It's also known as Dillon's vanilla, and Mrs. Lott's vanilla. I got mine several years ago from Top Tropicals. They occasionally make some available. There are other species of leafless vanilla that aren't rare. I have two others that are common

That's pretty Gina. I've had my PP on the porch since it is so young, the last leaves don't have much pink, but it only gets morning sun, can't wait to put it back outside permanently, fingers crossed that will be soon.

I couldn't resist, I mean purple Smiling .....

Sherri, I had 2, one growing on/through an Osmanthus and the other growing on a Bradford Pear tree. They survived some cold winters and always bounced back in spring. Their color was always good outdoors where they got filtered sun. I had just stuck cuttings in the ground at the base of the trees and they took off.

Yeah, I know PP be okay outside once her roots are established, I just got it right before the winter, so didn't want to chance it, this winter. I'm glad to see my squamiferum is getting some new stems coming out, I really shouldn't have left it out, lost a big portion of it. I took it into the porch a few weeks ago when we dipped to 37 and left it in there.

They are erubescens, so whatever the basic hardiness of that is, it what PPP is. These are the Pink Marbles I bought at HD recently. One had 2 in the pot, one had 3. I split them all up and potted separately. I'll take photos today to show the individual plants. I have a feeling that this iteration of Pink Princess may be more stable than the old school ones. The splash streak variegation makes it more like Monstera Thai Constellation vs M.albo. My old ones with the sectorial variegation always reverted
