They should be planted next to each other, they're exact opposites.

Good catch on Kiss the Princess Valerie. And I agree with Tom that they would be interesting closing to each other.

I hope the pollen ends soon because it sure wrecks bloom shots!

I love how dogwood blooms create spheres before the petals open fully.

Poor little Shindig. Lost a lot of this one, but the survivors decided to bloom. Smaller flowers this year.

The one in the back is really faded in color.


Wukee (Spoon) is such a beautiful delicate color. I love the beard on this one.




The last pic has lots of pollen but that beard!


How about some pale daffodils to go with the wukee.




I am so fascinated by my Pink Champagne epimedium (fairy wings). It really bloomed this year. The blooms are tiny but really strange and wonderful.

Even before it opened you knew it was something special....

Then you had to wait while it was rained on.....
